This is a full program that consists of 3 coaching sessions and the use of both subjective and objective assessments. Using a formal co-active coaching methodology we will:

- Identify the Core Values that are most important to you
- Build a Job Plan for you to get the job you want
Career Coaching for Women
This is a special program led by women for women. Focusing on the special issues women face in the marketplace, this is a great program for the return-to-work woman or unsatisfied professional.
Our professional coaches can work with you from the job clarification stage through networking, interviewing and salary negotiations. We make the process fun, simple and straight-forward.
Career Cross-Roads / Laser Coaching
This 1 Coaching Session with Don Goodman (credentials) is designed for those who would like to speak with a career expert to get some direction. A combination of coaching and career counseling, this program leverages Don's 30 years of experience to provide you with an honest evaluation of where you are and where you should be heading. The kinds of roles and types of companies you should be targeting is just some of the output from this session.
If you are at a career cross-roads and not completely sure what direction to take, this may be the program for you.
